Prior to the felony hearing on May 19, 2021, Payton Gendron was indicted by a grand jury details of the investigation by the jury have yet to be completed or released to the public. Reports alleged at least 15 persons joined the alleged suspect Payton Gendron on Discord 30 minutes prior to the Buffalo Massacre. This interaction was invite-only by the suspect, in which persons who were invited could have sent to other people according to Discord representatives the content and server were all removed from its platform. In addition, the suspect "allegedly" had manifestos released on Discord (580+) and Google Docs. (180+) with sketches of the supermarket, and other sites of locations after the Tops Grocery. According to the Washington Post and ABC News, the suspect released his plan on April 29, 2022.
As previously reported the suspect streamed the Buffalo Massacred on Twitch which was later taken down, though CNN has a portion of the video, and other social media platforms have had the video re-surface online. Prior to the massacre, the suspect allegedly traveled to the Tops Grocery store three separate times on March 8, 2022, and on May 13-14, 2022. On March 8, 2022, he was questioned by security, the second time a Tops Manager asked him to leave as he was there for hours harassing the consumers. This time he was wearing his camouflage outfit, only to return on May 14, 2022, with additional gear and commit the second deadliest massacre this year.
It has been reported that a 911 operator allegedly hung up the phone on a Tops Assistant Manager Latisha Rogers as she called 911, during the massacre. Ms. Rogers alleges the 911 operator was rude and told her to speak up, Ms. Rogers explained she could not speak up as it would potentially draw the shooter her way. Before she could go on the 911 operator allegedly hung up, which prompted Ms. Rogers to call her partner, and he called 911 for assistance. According to Erie County Central Police Service the 911 operator, "... is now on administrative leave pending a disciplinary hearing." The hearing will be set for May 30, 2022. Corrections officer Greg Foster of Attica Correctional Facility has been suspended without pay for his alleged insensitive comments on Meta (Facebook) "Too soon? This should weed out some FB (Facebook) friends," which was followed by a smiling emoji.
Days later after the Buffalo Massacre, the House of Representatives passed the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act (222-203). All 221 Democratic Congress individual votes Yes, among the NO votes is Liz Cheney of Wyoming and Elise Stefanik of New York. Liz Cheney may be on the #January6Committe and has released statements on social media such as "The House GOP leadership has enabled white nationalism, white supremacy, and anti0-scientism. History has taught us that what begins with words ends in far worse," but do not be fooled. Actions speak louder than words. #LizCheneyisaRepublican supports the venom of hate, racism, and lack of progression for Americans in addition she denied the #GeorgeFloydJusticeandPolicingAct #JohnLewisVoting RightsAct #AccesstoBabyFormula #InfantFormulaSupplementalApporiationsAct, Denying Funding for Domestic Violence Victims, voted against Backgrounds of Sales of all Weapons, among other critical bills needed to push America further.
Liz Cheney is no different from her New York Republican counterpart Elise Stefanik that invoked the "Great Replacement Theory" which falsely claims White Individuals are slowly being replaced. Other #GuardiansofPutin statements after the Buffalo Massacre include Arizona State Senator member Wendy Rogers stating on her SM "Fed boy summer started in Buffalo" since her party controls the state Senate she was able to stay with a vote of 11-15, though an investigation into her comment will be launched with a 24-3 vote.
Ten days, since the Buffalo Massacre there have been approximately 15+ shootings in which 30+ Americans have died. The families of the Buffalo Massacre have only buried some of the victims when another breaking news became reality for another community. This time in Uvalde, Texas making Buffalo and Uvalde the deadliest massacres this year. Making them 210+ and we are only in May, the year has not finished yet. The suspect identified as Salvador Ramos allegedly opened and used one of his weapons to injure his grandmother, then proceed to Robb Elementary where he claimed the lives of 21 individuals, 19 of which were children.
This can no longer be ignored how can anyone be safe at the grocery store, in a classroom, at the movies, at church, at concerts, etc., if the legislative branch and governors alike are playing with people's lives. Elections are critical as it is attached to how we will live and how we will unfortunately transition. Be safe out there.
This is real, these victims deserved a chance at life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
